    Hello Claude,

Do you have any information about Sabre Travel Network launching its “reputation management service” for tracking hotel customer reviews on different website ?

It seems to be an interesting product for hoteliers but information on this seems quite difficult to find.

Otherwise, HoteliTour.com is a really interesting portal !

    Thanks a lot

  4. Claude says:

    Bonjour Laurent,

I don’t have this information. I guess they will licence some techno

Did Amadeus (dev.amadeus.net) is on a way to make this kind of product?

I think in this hard time, techno is just a part of the problem, Hotelier need to be more innovative in their PR, emarketing, sales and positive attitude.

Business darwinism will eject some hotelier ;-)

Have a good day and thanks for your comment about HoteliTour

    Claude
