I think this “type of thinking” can be the same for the Travel 2.0 world .
- we have “infinite touch points” with all the travel social media, travel blogs, travel user reviews, travel forums, …
- we trust people who are like us (user reviews with travel community web site like VibeAgent, TripAdvisor, Vinivi, Trivago and many more…)
- most part of user generated content is about travel content
Now, we have to think how we measure and setup success for campaigns/projects.
The game and rules are new. We need new actions and new travel marketing.
